Welcome to Ksa Hoon Pet Treats! By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We keep things simple and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price (plus any taxes and shipping, if applicable). All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Pre-Orders

We sometimes offer pre-orders for new products. If you place a pre-order, we’ll share an estimated shipping date and keep you updated by email. Dates are estimates—if anything changes, we’ll let you know right away.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Our Guarantee

If you’re not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked, and no need to send anything back. Simply reach out and tell us what you need.

Product Use

Our treats are made for pets, not people. Please store them safely and follow the feeding guidelines provided on the packaging.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and by continuing to use our site, you agree to the updated terms.
